Terms of Use
These terms set out what you and we agree to when you use herity. By opening an account you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Community Guidelines and the KVKK Privacy Notice. The Turkish version of these terms governs.

1. Parties
These terms are between the operator of the herity platform at herity.space ("herity", "we") and the member who uses the platform ("you").
2. Who may use herity
- herity is a women-only community. When you open an account you declare that you join it as a woman.
- You must be 18 or over.
- You may open one account, in your own name and with accurate details. You may not hand your account to someone else or open one on someone else's behalf.
3. herity's role
herity is an intermediary platform that brings together people who host events and people who want to attend. Events are organised by hosts, not by herity.
- An event's content, venue, safety, any permits it needs, and its taking place as announced are the host's responsibility.
- Whether to attend is your decision; consider the event page and the host for yourself before you go.
- The "verified host" mark shows that our team reviewed that host's request; it is not a guarantee about the quality or safety of an event.
- herity is not a party to disputes between members, but it reviews reports and applies the community guidelines.
4. Your account
You sign in to herity not with a password but with a code or link sent to your e-mail address. Anyone who can reach your e-mail account can reach your herity account; keeping your e-mail account secure is your responsibility. If you notice your account being used without your permission, write to us at once.
5. If you host events
- Give accurate and complete information about your event; if the date, place or content changes, tell your guests in good time.
- Organise your event lawfully; do what is needed about the venue, safety and any permits.
- Use your guests' information (names, answers, any list you export) only to run that event; do not share it, use it for another purpose or for marketing, or keep it longer than needed after the event.
- Do not discriminate unlawfully when you review applications or deal with guests.
- If you cancel your event, do it through the platform so that everyone registered is told.
6. If you attend events
- Come to the event you registered for; if you cannot, cancel your registration so that your place opens for someone else.
- Do not share the event's address, the guest list or other guests' information with anyone outside the event.
- Follow the rules the host sets for that event.
- Do not take or share photos or videos of others without their permission.
- If you bring others on a ticket for several people, you are responsible for their keeping to these terms and the community guidelines too.
7. Your content
The texts, photos and other content you upload to herity are yours. You give us a non-exclusive, free permission to use them as far as needed to provide the service (to show your event page or deliver your announcement, for example). That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
Upload only content you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms, the community guidelines or the law.
8. What is not allowed
- Harassment, threats, humiliation, hate speech and discrimination.
- Using a false identity, passing yourself off as someone else, or joining the community when you are not a woman.
- Sharing other people's personal information, addresses or photos without permission.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages, advertising or misleading content.
- Organising events that are unlawful or that endanger guests.
- Collecting data from the platform with automated tools, or trying to get round its security or disrupt it.
9. Reports and sanctions
You can report an event, a member or a circle through the platform. We review reports; where we find a breach of these terms or the community guidelines we may remove content, or suspend or close an event, a circle or an account. Where safety is concerned we may act without prior notice.
To object to a decision taken about you, write to merhaba@herity.space.
10. Fees
This version of herity is free, for hosting and for attending. If paid features are added later we will announce them beforehand and offer them under their own terms; you will not be charged without your approval.
11. Limits of liability
We work to provide herity without interruption or error, but the service is offered as it is and we cannot guarantee that it will always be available.
Because events are organised by hosts, we are not liable for what happens at an event or between members, or for damage arising from it, unless we acted with intent or gross negligence. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage.
This section does not limit your rights under consumer law and other mandatory provisions.
12. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. You can change your mind within 30 days of asking; after that your account and your data are erased for good. If you have an upcoming event with guests, you must cancel it or hand it to another host first.
13. Changes
We may change the service and these terms over time. When the terms change we publish the new version on this page and tell you about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use herity after a change means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer you keep your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and the consumer courts where you live, within the monetary limits the law sets.
15. Contact
You can send questions about these terms to merhaba@herity.space.
